Similar to the purpose of Postpartum Replenish, this herbal blend adds in the immune support of echinacea and nutritive component of glycyrrhiza.
Ingredients: Motherwort (Leonurus cardiaca), Echinacea (Echinacea spp.), Stinging Nettle (Urtica spp.), Siberian Ginseng (Eleutherococcus senticosus), Licorice (Glycyrrhiza glabra), Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis), Skullcap (Scuteilaria lateriflora).
Directions: Take 1-2 dropperfuls as needed, up to 4-6 times a day.
What is an herbal tincture?
An herbal tincture is a concentrated liquid herbal extract that is made through a process called maceration, where the herbal substance soaks in ethanol & water for 4-12 weeks.
How does one consume an herbal tincture?
Directly dropped into mouth, or under tongue.
Diluted in a glass of water or juice.
Added to a smoothie, applesauce, or your favorite tea.
